  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Return Period: Customers can return products within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.

    Faulty Products: If a product is determined to be faulty at the time of manufacture, it can be returned within 15 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.

    Condition of Returns:

    • Products must be returned with all original accessories, attachments, and packaging.
    • Products should be in new or like-new condition, without cracks, dents, or scratches.

    Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or invoice, must be provided with the return.

    Shipping for Returns:

    • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back for return or exchange.
    • Products should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

     

    Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

    Exceptions:

    • Digital items, such as software or service subscriptions, are not eligible for a refund once activated.
    • Products damaged due to improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return or refund.

    Replacement Service: Within 30 days of purchase, customers can request a replacement if the product:

    • Sustains substantial damage in transit (proof required)
    • Does not match the original product description
    • Suffers a performance failure

    Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
